Overview
This role is a remote customer success engineering position with AutoAdmins, which provides IT tool stack administration and automation solutions to managed service providers (MSPs) and enterprise businesses globally. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn. The primary mission is to support MSPs and enterprises using the latest tools, technologies, and best practices to deliver exceptional service operations and consulting in a rapidly expanding IT field.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform monthly audits of client RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) and system configurations.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure technology and service delivery quality.
- Manage client relationships and accounts effectively.
- Recommend innovative ideas and solutions while collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
- Serve as an escalation contact and provide mentorship to the RMM administrator and development teams.
- Assist in deploying best practice configurations and automation content.
Required Qualifications
- Practical experience with common MSP tool stacks, especially RMMs and PSA (Professional Services Automation) platforms.
- Fundamental understanding of IT, system monitoring, and automation principles.
- Solid knowledge of customer support and IT industry best practices.
- Creativity combined with eagerness to learn and strong professional pride.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency with Kaseya VSA platform.
- Background in IT roles such as help desk, system administration, or desktop support.
- Experience in customer-facing positions.
- Familiarity with custom automation and development tasks.
- Knowledge of scripting languages, preferably PowerShell or C#.
- Relevant certifications within MSP tool stacks such as RMM or PSA systems.
