About the Position
We are a medical services company catering to travelers. As a Customer Service Operator, you will serve as the primary contact for patients and clients, delivering attentive and effective support.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule teleconsultations on our platform for patients requesting the service.
- Handle incoming phone calls from patients and clients.
- Respond to WhatsApp messages and emails promptly.
- Provide information regarding our services, availability, case status, and manage incidents or complaints.
- Redirect inquiries requiring medical evaluation to the medical team.
Requirements
- Residency in any Latin American country.
- Ability to work as an independent freelancer.
- Availability for 8-hour shifts in one of these Madrid time slots: 11:00 to 19:00 or 19:00 to 02:00.
- Willingness to work Monday to Sunday with a rotating schedule of five working days and two days off.
- Own a computer and headset with a microphone.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and client-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in English is not mandatory but highly valued.
