About the Role

Join Lifely as a dedicated full-time Customer Experience Specialist focusing on eCommerce. The position involves delivering outstanding service and support to Australian online shoppers, contributing to a fast-moving, energetic eCommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints through phone, email, and live chat platforms.
Diagnose product or order related issues and offer efficient solutions to maintain positive customer satisfaction.
Handle processing of returns, exchanges, and refunds promptly.
Support customers with product research and provide informed purchasing advice.
Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify challenges and suggest operational improvements.
Assist in enhancing customer service policies and workflows continually.
Operate during Australian business hours to meet customer service expectations.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of three years' experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably within eCommerce or retail sectors.
Proven ability with managing returns, exchanges, refunds, and resolving order issues.
Competence in communicating via phone, email, and live chat support.
Strong interpersonal skills capable of establishing rapport with customers.
Fluent business-level English communication skills.
Experience using customer support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or equivalents.
Familiarity with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms for support activities.
Availability to work during Australian and US business hours.
