Key Responsibilities

• Respond efficiently to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and chat services.
• Assist customers with product choices, pricing information, and order details to facilitate bookings.
• Address customer complaints with empathy and provide timely resolutions.
• Offer feedback on advertising and marketing campaigns based on lead quality and performance data.
• Engage past customers using purchase history to encourage repeat orders.
• Manage and update Excel spreadsheets to track follow-ups, conversions, and generate reports.
