About The Role

This opportunity suits dynamic professionals possessing prior experience in BPO or sales environments, skilled at handling customer interactions and boosting sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and chat services.
- Assist customers with product choices, pricing information, and order details to facilitate bookings.
- Address customer complaints with empathy and provide timely resolutions.
- Offer feedback on advertising and marketing campaigns based on lead quality and performance data.
- Engage past customers using purchase history to encourage repeat orders.
- Manage and update Excel spreadsheets to track follow-ups, conversions, and generate reports.
Qualifications
Candidates should have relevant experience in BPO or sales-related roles to effectively fulfill this position.
