Role Overview
We are actively recruiting for an experienced CRM Administrator to oversee our company's CRM platform. This position is critical to maintaining accurate customer and sales data, supporting sales operations, and ensuring data integrity across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and upkeep the CRM system to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain the accuracy and reliability of customer and sales records within the CRM.
- Provide dedicated support to the sales team through CRM system administration, routine reporting, and upkeep.
- Oversee lead distribution, customer information, and the progression of sales pipeline activities.
- Create detailed reports from the CRM and ensure documentation is up-to-date and precise.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to guarantee smooth workflows and data consistency across functions.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable prior experience as a CRM Administrator or in a closely related CRM support role.
- Direct experience working within a real estate development company is essential.
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms and effective database management.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Applicants must be currently residing in the UAE.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
