Position Overview

This role involves the polite and effective collection and delivery of packages along designated routes while ensuring each shipment meets Federal Express Canada’s service standards. Additionally, the position includes providing customer support related to deliveries.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of high school or an equivalent education
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a commendable driving record
• Physical capability to lift items up to 70 pounds and manage packages as heavy as 150 pounds using proper equipment
• Preferably at least one year of experience in a customer-focused business environment
• Successful completion of mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training meeting minimum standards
• Familiarity with Federal Express Canada procedures and Canadian Customs regulations is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Efficient time management and organizational skills
• Exemplary customer service aptitude
• Capability to multitask, manage stress, and function well in high-pressure scenarios
• Readiness to work flexible hours, including shifts and holidays as business demands dictate
