Role Summary

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven, and strategically minded Corporate Relations Manager. This position acts as the vital connector between industry demands and academic offerings. You will design and execute our corporate outreach initiatives, forging meaningful partnerships with corporations, technology firms, and industry leaders to enhance student placements, corporate training, internships, and collaborative curriculum innovations. Key Responsibilities

• Establish connections between the corporate sector and academic teams by collaborating with industry leaders, HR personnel, and recruitment managers to grasp trending skills and market needs, subsequently informing program adjustments.
• Initiate, pitch, and finalize strategic partnerships and Memorandums of Understanding with both local and international organizations to facilitate recruitment drives, internships, and real-time industry projects.
• Drive corporate upskilling efforts by marketing and selling Beat Educations’ executive and professional training programs to enterprises aiming to enhance their workforce capabilities.
• Manage the complete student placement process, aligning graduating candidates with corporate vacancies to ensure robust placement outcomes and employer satisfaction.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, corporate gatherings, and panel discussions to boost brand recognition and expand professional networks.
• Coordinate industry expert sessions, mock interviews, and workshops to prepare students effectively for corporate environments.

Qualifications & Skills

• A minimum of 3 to 6 years of substantial experience in Corporate Relations, Training & Placements, Enterprise Sales, or Business Development in EdTech or Higher Education sectors.
• Strong capability to synchronize corporate hiring practices with academic curricula and student skill sets.
• Proven expertise in relationship management with established networks among HR and talent acquisition professionals; skilled in negotiation and business pitching.
• Excellent communication aptitude, both verbal and written, with confidence in engaging senior-level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines; MBA is preferred.
