About the Role

Generali Central Life Insurance Company Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager to join their agency team based in Kerala. This position involves leading agency sales efforts from the designated locations in Kottayam and Trivandrum.

Work Locations

• Kottayam: 2nd floor, Urumbil Signature Towers, 6/75, Kanjikuzhy, Kottayam, Kerala-686004
• Trivandrum: 2nd floor, Artech Meenakshi Plaza, Opposite Government Hospital for Women and Children, Thycaud, Trivandrum, Kerala-695014

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard insurance advisors effectively.
• Develop, train, and supervise a team of insurance advisors.
• Drive business growth through advisor networks and direct customer acquisitions.
• Organize routine meetings with advisors and track their performance metrics.
• Establish and maintain strong customer and business partnerships.
• Consistently meet set monthly sales and business objectives.
• Participate in company-led training programs and comply with all company guidelines and policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess at least a graduate degree (mandatory).
• Have 2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Preference given to candidates residing locally.
• Ownership of a personal vehicle is required.
• Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, networking, and team management skills.

Employment Details

• Job Type: Field Sales Position (Onsite basis).
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Working Days: Monday through Saturday.
• Compensation: Annual salary ranging from ₹2,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 based on experience.
