  • Organize and maintain content calendars, ensuring steady and brand-consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Analyze social media metrics to provide actionable insights and improve engagement and audience growth.
  • Contribute to the development of brochures, newsletters, website content, and other marketing materials both digitally and in print.
  • Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns, public relations efforts, branding projects, and promotional activities.
  • Remain informed about emerging social media trends, platform updates, and sector-specific opportunities within Irish education.
  • Provide on-site marketing support during key events, including real-time and post-event content creation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in content creation, social media management, marketing, or communications.
  • Proficient photography and videography capabilities, with experience using professional camera equipment to produce quality visual content independently.
  • Skilled in editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable tools for creating engaging short-form content.
  • Deep understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and tactics that promote audience interaction.
  • Familiarity with the Irish education sector and the ability to generate content that resonates with secondary students, their parents, and adult learners.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to juggle several projects simultaneously.
  • Highly dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously while maintaining effective communication with management.
  • Willingness to work across various City Education Group sites and attend events as required.

Preferred Attributes

  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Ownership or access to professional photography and videography gear is advantageous.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and digital marketing best practices.
