Core Responsibilities
- Take full ownership and strategically enhance global benefits initiatives, including crafting and implementing local benefit schemes.
- Maintain governance over benefits and pension frameworks, ensuring adherence to policies and proper documentation.
- Offer expert guidance on pension and retirement planning in collaboration with internal teams and external providers.
- Examine benefits metrics, financial trends, and market shifts to formulate informed recommendations.
- Provide consultancy support to HR and business partners on all matters concerning benefits.
- Oversee external service providers and coordinate internal departments to guarantee streamlined operations and exceptional service quality.
- Contribute proactively to projects and ongoing enhancement activities relating to Total Rewards and Benefits.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completed degree in business administration focusing on Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Extensive professional background in benefits management, especially global pension and retirement planning.
- Proven experience collaborating with international stakeholders and navigating diverse country-specific regulations.
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis software.
- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, or benefits systems and a plus in AI technology applications.
- Fluent in English with good command of German.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, competent in simplifying complex topics and demonstrating intercultural sensitivity.
- Self-motivated with a structured, analytical approach to work.
