Role Overview
The Cluster Manager position demands a dynamic professional to lead and support Field Level Sales (FLS) teams, driving recruitment and business targets effectively within the Bihar region.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure that the FLS team is adequately staffed per budget goals and that they meet the defined business objectives.
- Hire high-quality candidates to strengthen the sales force.
- Monitor recruitment, activation, adherence to policies, and premium standards among allocated FLS members.
- Maintain branch profitability through strategic oversight.
- Track and encourage participation in Advisor contests and clubs.
- Identify and address training requirements to improve team capabilities.
- Promote the sharing of successful sales approaches and methods.
- Mentor and guide FLS members by observing and demonstrating sales and recruitment calls.
- Generate and maintain detailed sales reports focusing on introductions and issued business.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies at the branch level to foster consistent activity and performance.
- Conduct regular reviews of critical business metrics, initiating corrective measures as necessary.
- Lead goal-setting exercises to boost FLS productivity and support career progression within the team.
