Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Chef de Partie who takes pride in crafting high-quality dishes that impress our guests. Your ability to adapt and accommodate special requests will help in creating memorable dining experiences that encourage guests to return frequently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes that meet the hotel's premium standards.
• Coach, train, and supervise kitchen staff alongside the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
• Ensure all ingredients and meal preparations uphold the highest quality and freshness.
• Maintain outstanding hygiene and kitchen practices following HACCP guidelines.
• Manage food waste, stock inventory, and kitchen resources efficiently.
• Support the Executive Chef in leading the kitchen team and fostering a positive and respectful workplace culture.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative flair for menu planning with knowledge of contemporary food trends.
• Strong leadership qualities that promote respect and value within the team.
• Ability to independently manage a busy kitchen section while maintaining composure.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with professionalism.
• Motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented to surpass expectations.
