Job Overview
Talent Tales Private Limited is seeking dedicated Cafe Staff for their Play N Learn outlet located in R City Mall, Ghatkopar, Mumbai. This role involves direct interaction with guests and ensuring an excellent service experience in a playful environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival.
- Ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children in the play area.
- Manage billing procedures using POS systems and answer customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the play space.
- Assist with daily operations to support smooth outlet functioning and superior customer care.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade pass.
- Experience ranging from none to 2 years in hospitality, entertainment, or customer service sectors.
Compensation
The salary offered will be discussed during the interview and includes additional incentives based on performance.
