Job Overview

The Senior Service Associate will take charge of shift operations with confidence, ensuring strong adherence to quality standards, inventory management, and providing support to the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned shifts independently while following standard operating procedures (SOPs) for smooth store operations.
• Carry out opening and closing routines consistently in line with company protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in both customer and back-of-house areas, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
• Protect store assets and materials during shifts, escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist with stock estimation, ordering, and help minimize waste through careful resource management.
• Track discrepancies and product losses during shifts, contributing to cost control measures.
• Support inventory audits, warehouse tidiness, and ensure supplies are well organized and accessible.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and presentation at the bar station.
• Accurately apply merchandise display standards to uphold visual merchandising guidelines.
• Assist in managing in-store events and stay informed about the nearby commercial environment and clientele.
• Engage actively in mentoring and training junior associates to foster skill growth and uphold service excellence.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 2 years of relevant experience within the food & beverage or retail sector.
• Proficiency in coffee preparation and knowledge related to bakery and brunch items.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to execute tasks reliably and a strong enthusiasm for learning.
• Passion for coffee, food, or baking industries combined with a dedicated work ethic.
