About the Role
Eurobase People is expanding and seeks a Business Development Specialist to join its Chelmsford team. This opportunity is perfect for those passionate about sales in recruitment, focusing on discovering new prospects, forging connections, and establishing new business relationships across the UK and European technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and target potential clients within the UK and European tech markets.
- Initiate new business leads through channels such as outbound calls, LinkedIn, emails, and networking events.
- Maintain and develop a robust business development pipeline.
- Establish and build relationships with key decision-makers by opening new client accounts.
- Organize and attend meetings to present Eurobase People and its recruitment services.
- Collaborate with 360 Recruitment and Delivery Consultants to understand client needs and generate leads.
- Represent the company brand as a reliable recruitment partner.
- Stay informed about market trends to identify emerging sectors and clients.
- Partner with the Marketing team on campaigns to drive new business.
- Share market insights and new opportunities internally.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Recruitment.
- Preferably seasoned in Tech or IT recruitment, although strong business development skills from other sectors are welcomed.
- Confidence in making cold calls and engaging new prospects.
- Commercially driven individual with a passion for securing new business.
- Excellent communicator capable of building relationships at all organizational levels.
- Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by measurable targets.
- Enjoys teamwork but also confident working autonomously.
- Proactive and driven to create, not wait for, opportunities.
