Role overview
This is a full-time opening for a Marketing Officer at a medical diagnostics centre in Kumasi. The role is centered on daily sales activity and field visits, with a strong focus on building referral networks from hospitals and clinics. It also involves maintaining high standards of customer care and clear communication with clients to support revenue growth and a positive client experience.
Responsibilities
- Carry out regular sales outreach and field visits to generate referrals from hospitals and clinics.
- Support business growth by strengthening relationships with healthcare providers and other clients.
- Deliver responsive customer service and maintain effective communication with clients.
- Prepare and implement business plans to improve market reach and sales performance.
- Work toward assigned targets and consistently aim to exceed sales goals within the territory.
