Grime & Grease Garage, located in Electronic City, Bengaluru, is a rapidly expanding multi-brand automobile service and repair centre. Specializing in servicing premium, luxury, and everyday vehicles, the garage offers a wide range of services from routine maintenance to complete engine overhauls, suspension repairs, diagnostics, and classic car restorations with a commitment to dealership-quality service and transparency.
Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development & Customer Relationship Executive to drive growth by expanding our customer base and nurturing solid long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new client leads via partnerships with corporate entities, apartment communities, and local business networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with fleet owners, used car dealers, insurance surveyors, and corporate organizations.
- Discover new business prospects and form strategic collaborations.
- Represent the garage at promotional events and customer engagement activities.
- Manage customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person visits.
- Follow up on quotations, turning inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain contact with existing customers regarding service reminders and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure customers receive professional and outstanding service experiences.
- Follow up on payments efficiently.
- Meet monthly targets for customer acquisition and revenue generation.
- Promote additional services and preventive maintenance packages to increase sales and repeat business.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
- Coordinate with workshop operations to ensure timely vehicle servicing and delivery.
- Liaise with technicians and service advisors to provide customer updates.
- Keep accurate customer records using CRM or workshop management tools.
Candidate Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or service advising.
- Strong communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- A passion for automobiles combined with customer service dedication.
- Capability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM software.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license (four-wheeler license is advantageous).
Preferred Experience
- Background in automobile dealerships, multi-brand workshops, luxury vehicle service centres, fleet management firms, automotive insurance, or customer relationship management will be favored.
