Role summary

The Buggy Host is responsible for delivering smooth, safe, and polished transport support for guests across the resort. Key responsibilities

  • Move guests comfortably and efficiently between villas, restaurants, and resort facilities.
  • Deliver warm, tailored interactions by anticipating needs and sharing helpful details about the destination, amenities, and local culture.
  • Drive electric buggies responsibly while following resort speed controls, pedestrian safety rules, and Saudi driving regulations.
  • Carry out daily pre-shift checks covering battery status, tyre pressure, and overall cleanliness.
  • Keep vehicles in excellent condition and promptly report any maintenance or mechanical concerns.
  • Help load and unload guest luggage and personal belongings with professionalism and care.
  • Stay in regular contact with Front Office and Concierge teams to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs on time.
