About the Role
Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi is looking for a warm, outgoing hostess who can bring a polished and welcoming presence to a lively hospitality setting. The right person will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and will be able to build genuine, personalized connections that make each guest’s arrival feel special.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll help shape first impressions at the restaurant by greeting guests in a friendly, engaging manner and supporting a smooth arrival experience. You’ll need to stay composed while juggling multiple tasks, guest requests, and coordination with team members in an environment that can change quickly throughout the day.
Qualifications
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience working as a hostess or in a front-of-house position, ideally within a hotel or an upscale restaurant setting
- Comfortable working flexible hours
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards is considered an added advantage
