Role overview

In this position, you will handle bookkeeping and payment-related activities while helping maintain reliable and up-to-date financial records. You will coordinate with the finance team to ensure invoices and payments are processed on time and account balances are properly matched.

Key duties

Carry out routine bookkeeping work on a daily basis
Process invoices and make sure payments are handled correctly
Match bank statements with internal account records and resolve differences
Compile financial summaries and reports
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Work with colleagues to streamline and improve financial workflows

Ideal candidate profile

This role is best suited to someone with a solid foundation in bookkeeping and finance, along with a careful and detail-focused approach to work.

Hands-on experience in bookkeeping
Comfort using accounting or bookkeeping software
Good analytical thinking
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to identify issues and solve problems effectively

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
