Role overview
In this position, you will handle bookkeeping and payment-related activities while helping maintain reliable and up-to-date financial records. You will coordinate with the finance team to ensure invoices and payments are processed on time and account balances are properly matched.
Key duties
- Carry out routine bookkeeping work on a daily basis
- Process invoices and make sure payments are handled correctly
- Match bank statements with internal account records and resolve differences
- Compile financial summaries and reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
