BI Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join a thriving industry-leading company in Grimsby. This role involves analyzing business data to provide key insights that will support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise and the ability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain business intelligence dashboards.
• Analyze financial and customer data by extracting and manipulating relevant information.
• Collaborate closely with departments such as finance, IT, operations, and sales to understand and leverage internal data assets.
• Identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and changes.

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in data analysis techniques.
• Experience with reporting tools and methodologies.
• Technical expertise in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, Crystal Reports, or similar platforms.
• Dashboard development experience.
• Skills in data extraction, database mining, and dataset analysis.
• Awareness and understanding of AI technologies.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and thorough attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey data insights effectively to stakeholders.
