Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join a thriving industry-leading company in Grimsby. This role involves analyzing business data to provide key insights that will support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise and the ability to work autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain business intelligence dashboards.
- Analyze financial and customer data by extracting and manipulating relevant information.
- Collaborate closely with departments such as finance, IT, operations, and sales to understand and leverage internal data assets.
- Identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and changes.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques.
- Experience with reporting tools and methodologies.
- Technical expertise in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, Crystal Reports, or similar platforms.
- Dashboard development experience.
- Skills in data extraction, database mining, and dataset analysis.
- Awareness and understanding of AI technologies.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and thorough attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey data insights effectively to stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary up to £35,000, with yearly reviews.
