Job Overview
We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team, responsible for managing and processing orders across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process orders for various e-commerce panels including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Shopify, and Shiprocket.
- Review and troubleshoot tickets across all platforms, ensuring accurate resolution.
- Communicate pertinent information related to tickets to facilitate prompt resolution.
- Conduct follow-ups with account managers and other involved personnel to address ticket issues effectively.
- Handle email correspondence professionally and timely.
- Raise claims related to incorrect product returns.
