Key Responsibilities

• Conduct gold loan collateral valuation using established methodologies.
• Execute rigorous purity assessments of collateral using all available techniques.
• Ensure branch audits are completed within prescribed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform systematic monthly inspections to assess gold stock held at branches.
• Review previous audit reports to ascertain compliance and identify any deviations.
• Inspect security protocols during audits, verifying functionality of burglary alarms, CCTV, and weighing scales; ensure branches abide by security policies.
• Travel willingness to other states or locations for audit and related tasks.
• Provide training sessions on gold loan valuation to branch personnel to enhance their knowledge.
• Maintain transparency and integrity in dealings; abstain from any direct or indirect conflicts of interest.
• Safeguard assets entrusted by the company for job duties.
• Utilize MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiently for reporting and presentations.
• Exhibit strong work ethics to meet deadlines under demanding situations.
• Commit to extensive field work and regional travel on short notice.
• Perform additional duties as needed by the department.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management.
• Postgraduate qualification: MBA.
• Professional experience ranging from 5 to 10 years.
