Job Overview

Bonus Terms

• Bonus payment occurs automatically three weeks before the employee's start date.
• Repayment of a prorated bonus is required if the employee leaves voluntarily or involuntarily within 12 months, is demoted within 12 months, fails to start at the new site, or transfers laterally to another site within six months.

Role Responsibilities

As an AR Quarterback, you will play a pivotal role in supporting operations leaders and associates in achieving strong operational results at Amazon fulfillment centers. Responsibilities include effectively communicating directions, motivating team members, and ensuring workplace safety.

Work Environment and Expectations

• Commitment to safety includes wearing reflective vests, engaging in stretching routines, and acknowledging safe work practices.
• The dress code is casual but must comply with safety standards.
• Environmental factors such as noise and temperature may fluctuate; hearing protection is available.
• Work may involve operating powered equipment and working at heights up to 40 feet.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 49 pounds, extended periods of standing or walking (up to 10-12 hours), as well as frequent pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and reaching.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 and legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with possible overtime.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products, with at least 1 year of experience preferred (2+ years considered a plus).
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation
