AI Change Lead

This role involves leading and executing an extensive AI transformation and adoption initiative remotely, based out of the United Arab Emirates. The AI Change Lead will be instrumental in crafting and implementing the strategy that helps employees and leaders successfully embrace AI technologies across the organisation.

The successful candidate will merge expertise in organisational change, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, and programme governance to drive this global project.

Working alongside senior executives and cross-departmental teams from Technology, Learning, Communications, and various business units, the AI Change Lead will translate AI transformation goals into detailed adoption strategies, engaging communications, and tangible employee experiences.

There is also scope to create and lead AI community-building efforts and spearhead impactful engagement projects on a broad scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the AI Change Strategy, the overarching transformation narrative, and the integrated employee adoption plan.
• Conduct stakeholder engagement by fostering robust relationships with senior leadership and essential business stakeholders.
• Devise and manage communications plans, including crafting messaging, FAQs, engagement resources, and adoption materials.
• Organize AI governance meetings such as leadership sessions, maintain decision logs, track actions, and execute follow-ups.
• Support AI learning initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills, confidence, and uptake of AI.
• Plan and deliver a significant AI-centered corporate event to maximize engagement and align with program targets.
• Formulate and manage an AI Champions Community to boost advocacy, engagement, and acceptance throughout the organisation.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions within the program while escalating critical matters appropriately.
• Provide regular progress reports on program status, adoption metrics, stakeholder involvement, and results.
• Collaborate closely with Learning, Communications, Technology, and business teams for a cohesive approach to AI transformation.

Candidate Requirements

• Substantial experience as a Change Lead, Change Manager, Transformation Lead, or similar roles within organisational change.
• Extensive background in organisational change, digital or AI transformation, and technology adoption initiatives.
• Proven skills in developing change strategies, adoption frameworks, and communication campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication aptitude with confidence in senior leadership engagement.
• Expertise in programme governance encompassing risk, issues, dependencies, and decision oversight.
• Experience in developing or supporting employee learning, training, and adoption programs.
• A history of managing communities or champion networks with broad employee engagement.
• Able to operate effectively in complex, multi-functional, and global environments.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and coordination capabilities for managing multiple priorities.
• Prior experience in AI or digital transformation, pharmaceutical or regulated sectors is advantageous.
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable approach with the skill to simplify complex transformation goals into engaging employee initiatives.
