Role Overview

Luxliving Real Estate is seeking a careful and experienced Real Estate Administrator to strengthen its expanding team in Dubai. This position focuses on keeping office operations organized, supporting property transactions, and ensuring all client and listing records are accurate and up to date.

What You Will Handle

  • Run day-to-day office administration and general operational tasks.
  • Draft, organize, and update contracts, agreements, and client files.
  • Coordinate property listings using CRM tools and property portal platforms.
