Quality Inspector Internship - Inward and In-Process Inspection

Internship Overview

This internship focuses on quality inspections at various stages including incoming materials, in-process manufacturing, and pre-shipment checks. The intern will also be responsible for maintaining quality records through ERP systems and interpreting technical drawings relevant to inspection tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials and components to verify they comply with quality specifications.
• Monitor and evaluate product quality during manufacturing through in-process inspections.
• Perform final inspections before products are dispatched to ensure quality standards are met.
• Document inspection results and prepare reports using the company's ERP software.
• Interpret electrical wiring schematics and mechanical blueprints to assist the inspection process.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Pune.
• Should be able to commence the internship between 15th July 2026 and 19th August 2026.
• Available to commit for a period of 3 months.
• Possess relevant skills related to quality assurance and testing.
• Preferably Computer Science Engineering students; fresh graduates seeking job experience are also welcome to apply.

Qualifications and Skills

• Understanding of quality management concepts such as ISO 9001, 5S, Six Sigma methodologies, root cause analysis, and sampling techniques.
• Familiarity with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) reporting processes.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) principles.

Stipend and Additional Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to 12,000.
• Certificate of internship completion upon successful conclusion.
