Compensation and Benefits

The stipend ranges from ₹4,000 to ₹10,000 per month, consisting of a fixed component of ₹2,000 to ₹4,000 and an incentive component of ₹2,000 to ₹6,000 monthly. Successful interns may receive a formal job offer, with potential salaries ranging from ₹250,000 to ₹420,000 annually upon permanent employment.
