About the Role
Join a global Fortune 500 logistics organization and become part of a team that values growth, collaboration, and high standards. This warehouse role reports to the Team Leader and focuses on accurate stock handling, orderly storage, and smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
Job Summary
You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, issuing, and organizing materials while keeping warehouse locations accurate. The role also includes stock verification, cycle counts, housekeeping, equipment upkeep, and compliance with operating and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, store, pick, and issue materials.
- Move stocks and materials into or out of storage bins as required.
- Sort and handle materials carefully across warehouse processes.
- Check physical inventory against supporting documents.
- Carry out cycle counts and receive indirect materials for end users.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in warehouse or production store areas.
- Support basic upkeep of materials-handling equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures at all times.
- Comply with warehouse health and safety rules.
- Work across different warehouse functions as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: O-Level, N-Level, or NITEC with certificate; a diploma is preferred.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift loads of about 15 to 25 kg.
- Forklift certification is an advantage.
- Should be able to operate equipment such as a reach truck and pallet jack.
- Ability to support AOG services is required.
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge is needed.
- Prior hands-on experience in a relevant role will be beneficial.
- Must be comfortable working with multiple systems and processes across distribution channels.
- The right candidate should be service-oriented, multitask well, work neatly and carefully, and collaborate effectively in a team.
