This position is centered on quantitative financial analysis, accounting support, and management reporting within a structured corporate setting.
What you will do
You will handle financial analysis work that supports accounting processes and aligns with established policies, procedures, and strategic goals. The role involves turning financial information into clear insights for leadership, building models and pro forma schedules, and creating tools that strengthen reporting quality.
In addition, you will work on operational reporting, dashboard creation, KPI tracking, and trend analysis to help teams monitor performance and identify business movements early.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with FP&A activities such as budgeting, forecasting, variance review, and financial reporting.
- Analyze differences between actual results and budget or forecast figures, and identify the main trends and drivers behind those changes.
- Monitor and report important business metrics, including revenue growth, gross margin, operating expenses, and working capital.
- Support month-end close tasks such as accruals, journal postings, and account reconciliations.
- Work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to provide useful financial insight for decision-making.
- Be prepared to work in shifts as business needs require.
Skills and qualifications
- Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Comfort using PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports and presentations.
- Working understanding of BI tools such as Power BI and dashboard/report preparation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Self-driven, energetic, and capable of working independently toward deadlines and targets.
- Prior experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
