  • Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering efficient warehousing and logistics services, inventory visibility, and timely dispatches.
  • Collaborate continuously with business teams to align warehouse performance with their requirements, including meeting OTIF and DIFOT targets.
  • Partner with IT teams to implement necessary warehouse management software customizations on schedule.
  • Implement inventory management improvements and the Enterprise Warehouse Management System (EWMS).
  • Introduce and uphold 5S and Kaizen methodologies within warehouse workplaces.
  • Maintain safety and health standards for personnel, products, and processes.
  • Manage warehouse management functions such as batch management, flow-through, handling units, cycle counts, and physical inventories with RF device integration.
  • Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for process, inventory, HR compliance audits, and GST adherence.
  • Ensure alignment of physical and book inventory and improve stock visibility for ease of liquidation, periodically reducing non-moving items through alternate channels.
  • Foster a learning environment that promotes skills, knowledge, and personality development through training and encourages team participation in continuous improvement efforts.
  • Drive Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives and sustainability programs actively involving all stakeholders.
  • Lead expansion initiatives including decentralization for cost-effective operations, increasing warehouse capacity up to 100,000 sq ft, storage capacity to 1.8 million pieces, and daily dispatch capacity to 50,000 parcels.
  • Control warehouse expenses and capital expenditures within budget, manage stock and refinishing costs optimally, reduce shrinkage and damage, and achieve cost-effective packaging to minimize transit loss and packing expenses while optimizing working capital.
