Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual starting their production career who demonstrates strong organizational skills, initiative, and eagerness to learn. This hands-on role involves supporting video production processes from initial planning stages through final delivery, working alongside experienced producers and directors on dynamic shoots throughout the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assist producers and directors during shoots by managing logistics and ensuring smooth production flow.
• Engage professionally with high-profile contributors to maintain a calm, organized, and welcoming atmosphere on set.
• Handle media asset transfers, backups, and storage across physical and cloud platforms securely.
• Support the Creative Producer by preparing call sheets, schedules, and essential production documents.
• Coordinate communication among team members, freelancers, and stakeholders to ensure information availability before shoots.
• Proactively identify and resolve production-related challenges to prevent escalation.
• Conduct production research, perform administrative duties, and provide general assistance during shoots.
• Regularly travel across the UK to support location shoots, with flexibility to work beyond typical office hours as needed.

• A four-day workweek arrangement (0.8 Full Time Equivalent).

• Competitive remuneration aligned with industry standards and dependent on experience, with a salary of A328,800 annually for the 0.8 FTE role (equivalent to A336,000 full-time equivalent).
