Role Overview

The Video Content Analyst will lead planning and day-to-day execution for long-form YouTube content and global social media channels. The role combines market analysis, content strategy, on-camera presentation, and cross-team coordination to create credible analyst-led content for the brand.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end planning and daily operations for MEXC’s long-form YouTube content and global social media presence.
• Follow live crypto market movements and trending topics, then independently develop market commentary, trend breakdowns, and educational trading videos.
• Handle the full content workflow, including topic ideation, original script development, and professional on-camera delivery to build a recognizable analyst personality for the brand.
• Work closely with editing, design, and social media teams to align content style, improve video quality, and strengthen the final presentation.
• Review key content metrics such as views, watch time, engagement, and audience growth, then refine content direction and operating strategy to improve impact and retention.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency markets, with the ability to notice market changes quickly and perform independent research and analysis.
• Comfortable appearing on camera, able to speak clearly and logically, and willing to take on long-term on-screen responsibilities.
• Good understanding of the YouTube long-form video ecosystem and the content logic behind educational and analytical videos.
• Prior experience in scriptwriting, long-form video production, or managing overseas social media content.
• Creative mindset, strong attention to data, and solid teamwork skills.
