Role Summary
This position is responsible for managing content operations tied to the US equities market. The work includes live market commentary, urgent news updates, event-based analysis, and theme-led content during market hours.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full content operations workflow for the US equities market, covering market commentary in real time, breaking news, event analysis, and topic-based content while trading is active.
Create and run targeted user engagement plans through tailored delivery channels to improve retention, platform activity, and trading conversion.
Build content structures and trading-focused campaigns based on data to increase user transaction volume, deposits, and overall business performance.
Track core operating metrics, review performance regularly, and refine content approaches to improve efficiency and conversion over time.
Partner with teams across functions to maintain content quality, speed of delivery, and compliance in a global fintech setting.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in content operations within cross-border finance, online brokerage, or fintech businesses, with a focus on US equities.
Strong understanding of US stock markets, macroeconomic trends, earnings results, and market-moving events, with the ability to identify trends quickly in real time.
Demonstrated ability in lifecycle user management, personalized outreach, and growth methods driven by data.
A trading-oriented mindset with a history of using content to improve user conversion and trading engagement.
High ownership, strong self-drive, flexibility to work during trading hours, and careful attention to detail and compliance requirements.
