Alongside its core rental, subscription, and sales offerings, it also runs roadsurfer spots, a platform for discovering and booking special camping locations. The company’s idea is straightforward: rent a camper, begin your trip, and enjoy the experience.
What the role involves
- Carry out practical upkeep on camper vans, from minor fixes to getting vehicles ready for the next journey.
- Keep the fleet in strong condition by completing straightforward repairs and checking the items needed for a safe trip.
- Record damage cases and finished repair work in a careful and traceable way.
- Help ensure the whole team notices and reports vehicle damage properly so issues are not missed.
- Use hands-on problem-solving to balance repair work with booking schedules and keep station operations moving.
What you should bring
- A genuine willingness to help and repair things; basic handyman ability is sufficient.
- A dependable, organized way of working.
- Comfort working with others and communicating clearly.
- Flexibility and a practical mindset when the workload gets busy.
- A valid Class B driving licence.

Salary and hiring details
The gross annual pay for this position is between EUR 32,400 and EUR 34,800. The company reviews compensation at least once per year during the annual feedback process and uses salary bands to support fair pay decisions. Applications should be submitted through the company’s own application tool.
