Job overview
This role is based in Walmart’s Auto Care Center, where the focus is on helping customers care for their vehicles while they shop for products and services. Pay and compensation
The hourly wage for this position is between $19 and $32 per hour. The actual rate will be at or above the legal minimum wage required for the job location. In addition to base pay, associates may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Extra pay premiums may also apply in certain situations, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. These premiums can depend on the work schedule, facility, season, or the specific type of work being performed. More than one premium may be paid if the qualifying conditions are met.
