US Staffing Specialist

Role Overview

BENDITO SOFT TECH PVT LTD is looking for an experienced US IT Staffing Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition function. This is a remote, full-time opportunity based in India for someone who has substantial exposure to US IT recruitment and can perform effectively in a fast-paced agency setting. The role involves supporting clients ranging from Fortune 500 enterprises to growing technology businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT hiring needs.
• Identify and source candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles.
• Recruit for a broad mix of technology areas, including Java, .NET, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, DevOps, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, data engineering, QA, and related domains.
• Evaluate applicants for technical fit, work authorization or visa status, expected compensation, and availability.
• Work across employment models such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Set up interviews, support rate discussions, and build long-term candidate engagement.
• Partner with account managers and hiring teams to deliver suitable talent within agreed service levels.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of direct experience in US IT staffing.
• Strong understanding of US work authorization categories, including H1B, OPT/CPT, GC, USC, and EAD.
• Practical exposure to sourcing tools such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems such as JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn, or comparable platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Background

• Prior experience in domestic IT recruitment within India is an added advantage.
• Exposure to VMS/MSP-based staffing environments is desirable.
• Understanding of staffing commercials such as bill rate, pay rate, margin, and markup is preferred.
• Experience supporting clients in healthcare, finance, or logistics is a plus.
