Key Accountabilities
- Ensure exceptional customer advocacy and satisfaction by delivering against implementation service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain a Net Promoter Score (NPS) exceeding 50 for Workforce Solutions.
- Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 4.5 out of 5 for service delivery.
- Adhere to project go-live deadlines and exceed defined quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned payroll implementation projects through the build phase effectively.
- Participate in project meetings and maintain proactive communication with customers throughout implementation.
- Configure and build complex pay rules within the Ready Workforce rules engine user interface, ensuring compliance with employment awards.
- Validate logic and operation of rule sets through systematic testing to guarantee accurate payroll calculations compliant with Australian and New Zealand regulations.
- Manage project administration tasks, including data migration, schedule oversight, and tracking progress using internal systems.
- Deliver targeted system training sessions in various formats including onsite, group, and online.
- Oversee seamless transition of projects from implementation to business-as-usual operations.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls and emails during the transition period.
- Provide detailed handover documentation to Customer Support Teams post-transition.
- Contribute insights to enhance product development, role functions, and team growth.
Requirements
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
- Excellent project and time management abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills with an ability to devise innovative customer solutions.
- Experience configuring complex payroll or HRIS system rules and logic.
- Outstanding customer service orientation.
- Self-motivated with a curiosity-driven approach to learning.
- Analytical mindset with familiarity of technical terminology.
- Deep understanding of New Zealand or Australian payroll legislation, with knowledge of both being highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of time and attendance systems.
- Familiarity with Australian award applications.
- Advantageous to have Ready Workforce product expertise.
- Understanding of HRIS systems and business processes involved.
- Experience with rule engines and business rule configuration tools is a plus.
- Minimum two years managing projects implementing SaaS payroll or HRIS platforms.
- Proven capability building strong cross-functional relations with Sales, Development, and Client Service teams.
- Established professional project management experience within a formal services environment.
