Job Overview

Swamy & Sons 3PL Private Limited is seeking an organized Transportation Coordinator to manage daily dispatch and transport operations in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. The role involves ensuring smooth vehicle dispatch, accurate documentation, shipment tracking, and effective communication with transporters and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily transportation and dispatch activities efficiently.
• Verify invoices, delivery receipt numbers, and vehicle details before shipments depart.
• Maintain accurate transport documentation and records.
• Track shipments until they reach intended destinations successfully.
• Investigate and follow up on delayed deliveries with transporters.
• Maintain updated contact information for transporters, drivers, and customers.
• Ensure timely collection and verification of Proof of Delivery documents.
• Monitor goods returned or rejected during transportation.
• Verify freight bills and transportation expenses for accuracy.
• Work with finance teams to coordinate payments to transporters.
• Address delivery issues and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Prepare transport management information system reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Track vehicle usage and ensure on-time delivery commitments are met.
• Adhere to transport policies and safety regulations consistently.

Requirements and Skills

• Experience working with ERP/SAP systems and proficient use of Excel.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating across teams and with external parties.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 INR.
