Overview

Combuzz HR Solutions is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales department based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE. This full-time position involves reaching out to prospective and current customers to promote our recruitment, outsourcing, payroll, and HR consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients across diverse industries within the UAE.
  • Effectively promote the company's HR-related services including recruitment and payroll solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings for the business development team.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive database of potential clients.
  • Identify clients’ hiring requirements and introduce appropriate HR service offerings.
  • Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

  • Compile daily and weekly performance reports.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Have 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, or inside sales.
  • Familiarity with the UAE market is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
