About the Role
VK Engineering Services is seeking a Telesales Executive with a minimum of one year experience, preferably within industries such as diesel generators, industrial equipment, electrical goods, or B2B sales. The position is located in Virar West, Mumbai, and operates under the Sales & Business Development Department, reporting to the Sales Manager or Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries and proactively make outbound sales calls to potential clients.
- Follow up on quotes and unresolved inquiries to secure appointments for sales engineers.
- Maintain and update the customer database within the CRM system and develop enduring customer relationships by addressing basic objections professionally.
- Coordinate closely with sales and service teams by providing relevant product details, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), stimulate repeat business from existing clients, and upsell spare parts and services.
- Keep detailed daily call records, update enquiry progress, and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 12th-grade education qualification.
- Minimum one year telesales or telecalling experience.
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi communication.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp for professional communication.
- Strong persistence, persuasive abilities, and customer handling skills.

Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is ₹15,000 to ₹50,000.
