Join Uplers as a Sales Executive based in Bengaluru, where your role will be to manage inbound inquiries through multiple channels such as phone, WhatsApp, and social media. You will educate prospective clients about the SundayGrids platform, addressing their concerns and guiding them through consultative sales discussions. Your approach will prioritize understanding customer needs over direct selling, even suggesting alternative solutions when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound queries and clearly articulate product benefits.
  • Conduct attentive consultative sales conversations to align with customer requirements.
  • Manage follow-ups within a defined 15 to 30-day sales funnel aimed at converting reservations.
