Position: Telecaller (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, effectively explaining real estate projects.
Identify and qualify leads to support the sales team's conversion efforts.
Arrange site visits for interested clients and ensure follow-up communication.
Maintain precise and updated call records within the CRM system.

Requirements

Experience ranging from freshers to 6 months in telecalling or customer support roles.
Strong communication and persuasion skills primarily in Hindi; basic English proficiency is advantageous.
Familiarity with basic MS Office applications and eagerness to learn CRM software.
A positive, goal-oriented attitude complemented by strong interpersonal skills.
