Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, effectively explaining real estate projects.
• Identify and qualify leads to support the sales team's conversion efforts.
• Arrange site visits for interested clients and ensure follow-up communication.
• Maintain precise and updated call records within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Experience ranging from freshers to 6 months in telecalling or customer support roles.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills primarily in Hindi; basic English proficiency is advantageous.
• Familiarity with basic MS Office applications and eagerness to learn CRM software.
• A positive, goal-oriented attitude complemented by strong interpersonal skills.
