Job Overview
The Team Leader role focuses on managing customer interactions through outbound and inbound calls with the objective of selling products or services and delivering customer support. The role requires engaging potential customers, clearly explaining offerings, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the database to achieve set daily call and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make and receive phone calls aimed at selling company products or services.

- Maintain and update customer information and interactions within the CRM system.
