As the company grows, it is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the HR team.

Role Overview

This position is central to expanding the sales team by identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing real estate professionals. The right candidate will bring hands-on experience in real estate recruitment, strong interpersonal ability, and comfort handling a busy hiring pipeline in a fast-paced, competitive setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run the full hiring cycle for Property Consultants and other real estate positions.
  • Create and carry out targeted sourcing strategies for the Off-Plan and Secondary Market teams.
  • Publish, monitor, and refresh vacancies across multiple hiring channels such as LinkedIn, Dubizzle, Indeed, and Bayut.
  • Screen candidates at the first stage, arrange interviews, and support feedback exchange between managers and applicants.
  • Keep an active bench of potential candidates for immediate and future requirements.
  • Work closely with Sales Directors and HR to anticipate staffing needs.
  • Set up and improve recruitment trackers, tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strengthen the employer brand through engaging hiring campaigns and professional candidate communication.
  • Support a seamless onboarding experience together with HR and management.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication, along with negotiation ability.
  • Capability to juggle multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Dubizzle, and Indeed.
  • English fluency is mandatory.
