About the Role
Join Muthoot Finance Ltd’s expanding HR Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to one of India's leading BFSI companies by driving recruitment and retention efforts across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract candidates using varied sourcing methods such as campus drives, lateral hires, and job platforms.
- Evaluate candidate profiles for role suitability and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Discuss and finalize salary offers to maximize joining rates.
- Strategically scout and approach competitors’ talent pools for recruitment advantages.
- Maintain employee attrition within 5% in the designated region through proactive retention measures and exit interview analysis.
- Monitor and ensure completion of employee performance evaluations and scorecards.
- Manage daily regional HR operations including attendance and promotion processing.
- Address employee grievances promptly to ensure workplace harmony.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to nurture a positive organizational culture.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions to align employee expectations with company objectives.
- Keep updated records of competitor data to assist in strategic HR planning.
- Support company-wide HR projects at the regional level.
Qualifications & Experience
- Any graduate degree; postgraduate qualifications in HR or related domain are advantageous.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in HR roles, particularly in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Prior expertise in sales and BFSI hiring is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
The role offers a competitive salary based on experience and profile:
- HR Executive level: up to ₹500,000 annually.
- Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition: up to ₹1,000,000 annually.

Opportunities available in multiple Indian cities including Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, and many more across the country.
